Heissa o Hessa es una isla situada en el municipio de Ålesund, en el condado de Møre og Romsdal, Noruega. Es la isla más occidental del municipio y una de las principales islas de la ciudad-isla de Ålesund. Está situada al suroeste de la isla de Aspøya, al sur de las islas de Giske y Valderøya, al este de la isla de Godøya y al norte de la isla de Sula. La montaña más alta es Sukkertoppen, de 314 metros, situada en el centro de la isla.
La isla está formada principalmente por barrios residenciales concentrados alrededor de las áreas urbanas de Sævollen, Slinningen y Skarbøvik. Cuenta con una escuela primaria y una escuela secundaria. La iglesia de Skarbøvik es la iglesia principal de los residentes de la isla. El Parque del Atlántico está situado en Hessa.
