Bâtiment principal de l'ancienne "Brassine banale". La cour et les dépendances ont disparues lors de la construction de la nouvelle église. La "Brassine" ou "Brasserie" est déjà mentionnée dans un record de 1393; elle dépendait du chapitre de la cathédrale de Liège et était le siège de la Justice locale. Le bâtiment devint Hôtel du canal de l'Ourthe vers 1805-1824, puis école communale de 1856 à 1872 et Casino royal en 1876. Actuellement restaurant gastronomique.
