L' ancien hôtel particulier de Jacquier , aujourd'hui centre protestant de Chimay, est un grand ensemble de deux bâtiments accolés du dernier tiers du XVIIIe siècle, renforcés aux angles par des chaînages et dotés d'une façade arrière commune à baies majoritairement simplifiées de style Tournai.
Un port de transport sous un seuil de panier a été ajouté au 19ème siècle. Au XXe siècle, on ajoute un clocher octogonal avec une croix et une travée à poteaux harponnés sous un linteau droit sur le mur latéral droit.
