Cette chapelle est située rue de La Justice à Chimay.
La chapelle Saint-Ghislain a probablement été construite au XVIIIe siècle et plâtrée dans le style néo-gothique au siècle suivant. L'édicule suit un plan rectangulaire terminé par un chevet triangulaire et est précédé d'un portail à trois pointes en moellons travaillés, renforcé aux angles par des pilastres à faux pinacles et couronné d'une croix de pierre. La nef est constituée d'une travée droite percée d'une fenêtre en accolade soulignée par une archivolte tournée. Les plâtres décoratifs sont interrompus par des panneaux à hexagones dont les parapets sont décorés d'un motif trilobé. Toiture en pente en ardoise avec coyotes.
