Helmarshausen est un village et une partie de la ville de Bad Karlshafen dans la Hesse, dans le centre de l’Allemagne. C’était autrefois l’emplacement de l’abbaye d’Helmarshausen, une abbaye impériale du Saint-Empire romain germanique. Helmarshausen se trouve sur la rivière Diemel, à 1,5 km au sud de Bad Karlshafen proprement dite.
