La réserve naturelle d’Unteres Seebachtal est située dans la commune de Hinterzarten, Feldberg et la ville de Titisee-Neustadt dans le district de Brisgau-Hochschwarzwald dans le Bade-Wurtemberg, en Allemagne.
La zone protégée a été désignée le 16 mai 2008 par une ordonnance du Conseil régional de Fribourg – en tant qu’autorité supérieure de protection de la nature – sous le numéro 3277. Le code CDDA est 389987 et correspond à l’ID WDPA.
