La région du Münsterland est la région culturelle autour de la ville allemande de Münster. La région est située au nord de la Westphalie et peut se vanter d'une riche histoire.
Le territoire ne doit pas être confondu avec le soi-disant Münsterland oldenbourgeois. De 1252 à 1803, le diocèse de Münster avait le pouvoir séculier sur le Landkreis Cloppenburg et le Landkreis Vechta, dans le comté d'Oldenbourg. Ces zones - majoritairement catholiques - portent toujours le nom de Münsterland oldenbourgeois, afin de les distinguer de la région principalement protestante qui les entoure.
