Prangli est une île d’Estonie, dans le golfe de Finlande, au large de Tallinn, qui fait partie administrativement de la région d'Harju. Sa superficie est de 6,44 km2. Son plus haut point culmine à 9 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Elle appartient à la commune de Viimsi et compte une population d'environ quatre-vingts habitants à l'année. Elle double pendant l'été. Le petit port de Felnase relie l'île au continent, à Leppneeme. On y trouve un phare, construit en 1923. Éclairé d'abord au gaz, il fonctionne désormais à l'énergie solaire.
