Le temple du Saint-Esprit est une paroisse protestante, situé à Besançon, Franche-Comté. La paroisse est membre de l'Église protestante unie de France.Le bâtiment et ses dépendances furent construits à partir du XIIIe siècle et affectés à l'accueil des malades et nécessiteux, jusqu'à la veille de la Révolution. Ils furent acquis en 1842 par la communauté réformée locale, réapparue en 1792 après plus de deux cents ans d'interdiction.
