Hendaye est une commune du Pays basque français, dans le département des Pyrénées-Atlantiques en région Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Elle est à la pointe sud-ouest de la France et la dernière ville côtière avant l'Espagne.La commune fait partie de la province basque du Labourd et est située à frontière franco-espagnole et au point de passage principal entre les deux pays dans l'Ouest des Pyrénées.
