L'Hermitage-Lorge [lɛʁmitaʒ lɔʁʒ] est une ancienne commune française située dans le département des Côtes-d'Armor en région Bretagne, devenue, le 1er janvier 2016, une commune déléguée de la commune nouvelle de Plœuc-L'Hermitage.
C'est en 1878 que la commune prend officiellement le nom de L’Hermitage-Lorge par décret officiel du 25 mars 1878.
