La cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Perpignan est une cathédrale catholique du XIVe siècle de style gothique située dans la ville de Perpignan en France. Collégiale à l'époque de sa construction, elle remplace l'édifice roman, dit Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, qui subsiste néanmoins de nos jours, sur son flanc nord. Elle devient cathédrale en 1602, lors du transfert du siège épiscopal du diocèse de Perpignan-Elne depuis Elne.
