L'Ignon est une rivière du nord-est de la France. C'est un affluent de la Tille, donc un sous-affluent de la Saône et du Rhône.
La longueur de son cours d'eau est de 44,2 km.
Il prend sa source à l'amont de Poncey-sur-l'Ignon sur le plateau de Langres en Côte-d'Or et à moins de deux kilomètres au sud-est de la source de la Seine.
