Le logement a été aménagé pour être accessible aux personnes en situation de handicap (chaque chambre du rez de chaussée peut accueillir un lit médicalisé et a une salle de bain adaptée PMR).
Espace extérieur avec terrasse et salon de jardin, piscine "lagon" chauffée (en pente douce pour permettre à une personne à mobilité réduite d'y accéder), location de vélos sur place.
