Hucclecote est une banlieue du Gloucestershire, au Royaume-Uni, comprenant un quartier de la ville de Gloucester. Elle est située à la périphérie de la ville, entre Barnwood et Brockworth, le long de la voie Ermin, une ancienne route romaine reliant Gloucester à Cirencester et aux Cotswolds.
Hucclecote est habitée depuis les temps anciens, et une villa romaine datant du deuxième ou du troisième siècle après J.-C. a été trouvée à Hucclecote.
