Termeno sulla Strada del Vino est une commune italienne d'environ 3 400 habitants située dans la province autonome de Bolzano dans la région du Trentin-Haut-Adige dans le nord-est de l'Italie.
La noce de Jeannot le herseur ) a lieu le Mardi gras des années impaires, depuis 1591. Le défilé comprend des chars traditionnels représentant les divers métiers de Tramin et des personnages typés, voire monstrueux, avec une tonalité souvent grivoise.
Les années paires, c'est un défilé moins traditionnel mais adapté aux enfants qui se déroule.
