Le mausolée d'Auguste est un monument funéraire construit à partir de 28 av. J.-C. par Auguste — alors appelé Imperator Caesar Divi Filius Octavianus — pour lui-même et les membres de la famille impériale. Il est situé à Rome, au nord du Champ de Mars, non loin du Tibre, au bord de la via Flaminia. Il est visible, sur la Piazza Augusto Imperatore, à proximité du Musée de l'Ara Pacis. Le modèle structurel et architectural qui a inspiré l’édifice a fait débat parmi les spécialistes pendant longtemps, certains y voyant une influence des tumulus étrusques et d’autres considérant la bâtisse comme répondant à un modèle hellénistique.
