La région de Campanie [kɑ̃.pa.n̪i] , plus couramment appelée la Campanie, est une région d'Italie méridionale. Le mot Campanie viendrait soit du terme latin campus , soit du terme osque Kampanom, désignant la région autour de la ville de Capoue , qui était alors la ville principale de cette région méridionale de la péninsule italienne.
