L’imposant château (XIe siècle) de Larochette, sur un rocher saillant, domine la vallée de l’Ernz Blanche. Il y a aussi quelque chose de complètement différent qui se passe avec Larochette. Vous le remarquerez lorsque vous roulerez le long de la place confortable, la Bleiche, ou mieux encore, que vous vous y arrêterez et enlèverez le casque. La place s’est transformée en un véritable forum de discussion. Une scène que l’on s’attendrait à voir dans un pays du sud, mais pas ici ! L’explication se trouve dans la population : plus de la moitié des habitants de Larochette sont d’origine portugaise ou capverdienne.
