La magnifique synagogue restaurée d'Enschede est très spéciale. Le bâtiment avec les trois dômes, un design de l'architecte amstellodamois K.P.C. de Bazel, a été rouvert en 2004 après une restauration approfondie, au cours de laquelle tant l'extérieur que l'intérieur entier ont été remarquablement restaurés dans l'état original de 1928. Fermé les jours fériés juifs. Des visites guidées sont disponibles, même les jours autres que mercredi et dimanche, sur demande.
