En mémoire de cet événement, le ‘monument Lancaster’ a été érigé : un monument aux morts dans un monument paysager.
Le monument Lancaster rend hommage à ceux qui ont donné leur vie pour notre liberté, et le monument paysager De Berken rappelle à quoi ressemblait la vallée autrefois.
