La storia della Drongengoedhoeve risale al 1242. L'attuale edificio principale è datato 1746. L'abbazia di Drongen utilizzava la fattoria come base per un fiorente settore forestale. Oggi nella fattoria si trova un centro di informazione paesaggistica dove viene raccontata la storia della regione. Sul sito è possibile visitare anche il frutteto ad alta alberatura e un giardino di erbe. Non lontano dalla fattoria si trova anche un'area giochi splendidamente attrezzata.
