Esneux è un luogo e comune lungo l'Ourthe nella provincia di Luik, Belgio. Il comune conta oltre 12.000 abitanti. L'Ourthe scorre attraverso il comune.
Fino all'abolizione del ducato di Limburgo, Esneux apparteneva alla banca alta di Sprimont. Proprio come il resto del ducato, Esneux fu incorporato nel dipartimento dell'Ourthe, formato durante l'annessione dei Paesi Bassi meridionali da parte della Repubblica Francese nel 1795.
