Baulers è un paese nella provincia belga del Brabante Vallone ed è una frazione del comune belga di Nivelles. Fino al 1 gennaio 1977 era un comune autonomo. All'inizio degli anni '70 fu costruito un nuovo circuito automobilistico nel territorio di Baulers con l'intento di organizzare il Gran Premio di Formula 1 del Belgio, dopo che questo non poté più svolgersi per motivi di sicurezza nel Circuito di Spa-Francorchamps. La gara si tenne infatti nel 1972 e nel 1974 su questa pista. Inoltre, furono organizzate anche altre gare. Tuttavia, il proprietario del circuito si trovò presto in difficoltà finanziarie e nel 1981 fu dichiarato fallito. All'inizio del 21° secolo, ciò che restava delle infrastrutture fu demolito e nell'area fu sviluppata una zona industriale.
