Elsenborn è un villaggio e una frazione del comune di Bütgenbach nei Cantoni orientali belgi con circa 950 abitanti. Fino al 1 gennaio 1977 era un comune autonomo. È soprattutto conosciuto per "Campo Elsenborn", una vasta caserma dell'esercito belga a tre chilometri dal villaggio. Questo è uno dei villaggi più elevati del Belgio; il punto più alto del comune si trova a 635 m sopra il livello del mare. Il villaggio si trova in un ambiente boschivo. A nord-est del villaggio si trova la riserva naturale Schwalmbachtal. La frazione ha anche una rete estesa di sentieri escursionistici e - in stagione - di piste da sci di fondo.
