Bree-Eik è stata per secoli una fattoria signorile di proprietà nobiliare. La fattoria prende il nome dalla casata di Bree-Eik, menzionata dal XIII secolo in Pajottenland. La fattoria è già stata citata nel 1406. È ancora una grande fattoria chiusa con edifici in mattoni imbiancati, raggruppati attorno a due cortili pavimentati con un considerevole volume, risalenti al XVIII e XIX secolo. Il fertile terreno di sabbia e argilla del Brabante produce da secoli ricchi raccolti agricoli per la fattoria di Bree-Eik. La fattoria è splendidamente situata tra vaste campagne.
