Descrizione: Completamente nel sistema dei nodi: un bel giro attraverso la collinare fiamminga di Haspengouw con una deviazione nella parte vallona del Belgio. Si attraversa terra di coltivazione e frutteti, ma il paesaggio ha anche molti spazi verdi, boschi, viali, valli e sentieri tra le siepi. Numerose vecchie fattorie e castelli adornano il percorso, ci sono varie possibilità di sosta. Alcuni brevi strappi, ma che non richiedono grandi imprese sportive. Solo una volta si passa brevemente su ghiaia.
