L'Autorità federale per l'elettricità, il gas, le telecomunicazioni, la posta e le ferrovie con sede a Bonn, abbreviata in Autorità federale, è un'agenzia federale tedesca di alto livello nel settore del Ministero federale dell'economia. In quanto principale autorità di regolamentazione tedesca, i suoi compiti includono il mantenimento e la promozione della concorrenza nei cosiddetti mercati di rete.
