Glienecke è una frazione della città di Ziesar nel distretto di Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandeburgo. Il villaggio, precedentemente indipendente, è stato annesso a Ziesar il 1° marzo 2002.
Il villaggio di Glienecke si trova a circa un chilometro a sud del Fiener Bruchs. Attraverso il villaggio scorre il Strepenbach, che confluisce nella Buckau poco a nord-ovest. Poco prima della confluenza, raccoglie le acque del Litzenbach. La strada statale 93 attraversa Glienecke, mentre a un chilometro a sud passa l'autostrada federale 2.
