La stazione di Stiege è una stazione di separazione nella rete delle Ferrovie a Scartamento Ridotto dell'Harz a Stiege. Qui la linea 9702 si dirama dalla linea 9703, il ramo principale della Selketalbahn. La stazione di Stiege è conosciuta dagli appassionati di ferrovie soprattutto per il nodo di inversione presente dal 1984.
La stazione è stata inaugurata dalla Gernrode-Harzgeroder Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft con il completamento del tratto della linea parziale da Güntersberge a Stiege il 1° dicembre 1891. Sei mesi dopo, il 1° maggio 1892, seguì l'estensione da Stiege a Hasselfelde. Nel 1905, la GHE inaugurò il 15 luglio una diramazione da Stiege a Eisfelder Talmühle, creando così un collegamento tra la rete della GHE e la ferrovia Nordhausen-Wernigerode a scartamento metrico e la sua Harzquerbahn. Stiege ebbe quindi un collegamento ferroviario in direzione di Nordhausen.
