Per l'Esposizione Giardiniera Nazionale 2003, è stato progettato l'area dietro la chiesa di S. Antonio e Bruno Kleine. Sull'ex area della filanda van Delden, gli urbanisti hanno creato il parco dell'isola di Gronau. Sono stati scavati canali creando così isole separate, ciascuna con un design individuale. Nell'isola del giardino e dell'acqua si trovano diverse opzioni di intrattenimento, tutto in stretta vicinanza e separato da romantici corsi d'acqua.
