Attraverso il bosco curativo e il quartiere meridionale della città lungo la sorgente del Giordano e del Lippe, questo percorso ha una lunghezza di 12,5 km e solo poche decine di metri di dislivello.
Riposati alla fine del tour con l'acqua fresca della sorgente di Liborius direttamente presso il padiglione di bevuta di Liborius e successivamente sfrutta l'unico bacino per il trattamento delle acque di "Bad Lippspringe".
