Questa piacevole escursione si snoda inizialmente lungo il Pader dalle sorgenti nel centro di Paderborn fino alla confluenza del Pader e del Lippe a Schloß Neuhaus. Successivamente, attraversa il parco del castello di Neuhaus e lungo il canale Boker fino al Lippesee, poi lungo il margine nord del lago fino alla chiesa di Sande.
