Inizia dal bordo orientale del parcheggio all'uscita del paese in direzione di Braunlage, sulla piccola passeggiata pedonale per circa 300 m verso nord, attraversa la B4 e prosegui fino al Bechlerstein. Da lì gira a sinistra sulla Wolfsbachstraße, per circa 7 km in discesa fino a circa 500 m prima dell'ingresso nord del paese di Zorge. Da lì puoi prendere l'autobus di linea per tornare (orari su www.vsninfo.de) oppure percorrere la stessa strada in salita per tornare a Hohegeiß.
La valle del Wolfsbach è sotto protezione naturale e a circa 500 m sotto la gasthaus "Wolfsbachmühle" hai una vista sulla riserva naturale "Dicke Tannen".
