La città di Bermeo è un comune spagnolo nella provincia di Biscaglia, nella comunità autonoma dei Paesi Baschi. È la città più popolosa, e capoluogo, insieme a Guernica, della comarca di Busturialdea, con oltre 17.000 abitanti. Fondata nel 1236, la città ebbe il titolo di Cabeza de Vizcaya dal 1476 al 1602, per essere la principale città della Signoria di Biscaglia.
