La diocesi di Guadix è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Spagna suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Granada. Nel 2019 contava 95.880 battezzati su 99.082 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Francisco Jesús Orozco Mengíbar.
Sede vescovile è la città di Guadix, dove si trova la cattedrale di Nostra Signora dell'Annunciazione. A Baza si trova la concattedrale di Nostra Signora dell'Incarnazione.
