Percorso asfaltato quasi privo di traffico lungo la Meuse, appena oltre il confine. Il fiume ha inciso una profonda valle in questo tratto. Oltre alla natura selvaggia, si attraversano pittoreschi villaggi / città. Il percorso ha ricevuto nei Paesi Bassi il titolo di “percorso ciclabile dell'anno 2008”. Ultimo ma non meno importante: dall'altra parte corre una linea ferroviaria con diverse fermate, che rendono possibile tornare al punto di partenza. La bicicletta può viaggiare gratis sul treno. Dal 9 luglio 2020 il collegamento mancante di 7,4 km a Chooz è completato e puoi quindi continuare a seguire la Meuse.
