Missolungi è un comune della Grecia situato nella periferia della Grecia occidentale con 12.225 abitanti secondo i dati del censimento 2001.
A seguito della riforma amministrativa detta Programma Callicrate in vigore dal gennaio 2011 che ha abolito le prefetture e accorpato numerosi comuni, la superficie del comune è ora di 680 km² e la popolazione è passata da 17.988 a 35.805 abitanti.
