La "Tonnara di Scopello" è uno storico complesso di pesca del tonno . Una "tonnara" è una tradizionale pesca del tonno, una parte importante della storia marittima siciliana.
La Tonnara di Scopello risale al XIII secolo e originariamente fungeva da luogo di cattura, lavorazione e conservazione del tonno.
