Levefanum era un insediamento romano nella provincia della Germania Inferiore. Levefanum era un forte al confine lungo il confine settentrionale dell'Impero Romano; il cosiddetto limes. Il Castellum Levefanum si trovava tra l'attuale Rijswijk e Wijk bij Duurstede sulla riva sinistra del Reno Inferiore, dove si divide ora nel Reno Curvo e nel Lek.
