La brughiera di Kraloër, insieme alla brughiera di Bender e alla brughiera di Dwingeloo, forma un complesso di brughiera continuo nel Parco Nazionale Dwingelderveld nei Paesi Bassi. La brughiera di Kraloër è gestita dal Staatsbosbeheer. La brughiera di Dwingeloo e la brughiera di Bender sono gestite da Natuurmonumenten. L'area rappresenta la più grande zona umida di brughiera dell'Europa occidentale. Sul lato nord dell'area si trova il lago Kraloër.
