Wist je dat de Gentbrugse Meersen de overleden zanger Luc De Vos na aan het hart lagen. Hij kwam hier dan ook regelmatig een wandeling maken. De familie vroeg om geen bloemen te schenken op de begrafenis van de frontman van Gorki maar vrijblijvende een bijdrage te storten op rekening van Natuurpunt vzw. Je kan dit nog steeds doen om de doelstellingen en de "meme" van Luc De Vos te supporteren en verder te laten leven.
