Dit kapelletje heet de "Boetekapel Nood zoekt Troost". Tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog werd het kapelletje dat hier stond vernield. In 1924 werd in de plaats de huidige kapel in neogotische stijl gebouwd.
Het was de pastoor die hier ook diende als architect, dat lezen we op een gevelsteen. Verschillende elementen zijn puur decoratief, zoals de hoeksteunberen en de tandlijst bovenaan de zijgevels.
Het is een eenbeukig kapelletje met een uitgebouwd klein koor dat een aparte bedaking kreeg. Binnen kan men troost zoeken bij Maria, het interieur van de kapel is betegeld.
