Voormalige brouwerij van de familie De Jonghe-Erix, opgericht in 1810. Resterende gebouwen uit de 19de eeuw en het begin van de 20ste eeuw, momenteel opgenomen in een herwaarderingsgebied, onvoltooide renovatiewerken gestart in 1976. Voormalige, L-vormig ingeplante bedrijfsgebouwen, baksteenbouw van twee en drie bouwlagen met gebruik van natuursteen en gesinterde baksteen. Hoofdgebouw (vroegere brouwerijzaal) geritmeerd door lisenen, bovenaan afgesloten door opengewerkte leuning, gebogen bedaking met verluchtingssysteem; rechthoekige en rondbogige vensters. In oksel vierkante toren onder tentdak, aansluitend bijgebouw onder pannen zadeldak.
