Het Nijswolkje is een familiaal schapenmelkbedrijf. Van de schapenmelk maken ze chocomelk, vaste en verse kaas, yoghurt, ijs en desserts. Elke dinsdag en zondag is hun hoevewinkeltje (tijdens het seizoen) open. En kan je – met een ijsje in de hand – de boerderij vrij bezichtigen. Kom je liever op een andere dag voor een rondleiding met proevertjes? Welkom na afspraak!
