Bekijk de foto’s van deze wandeling

Mooie wandeling van de stopplaats Bouwel tot het station van Lier. De wandeling kan mits enige aanpassing ook vanuit Nijlen gestart worden, dan is ze ongeveer 11 km lang. Wij hebben getracht de meest autoluwe wegen uit te zoeken. De wandeling gaat ook langsheen de Konijnenberg te Bouwel en doorheen de mooie Kesselse heide. Te Lier volgen we de GR12 doorheen het natuurgebied Steenbeemden. We volgen nog even de Kleine Nete tot bijna aan het station. De tocht zelf is zeer gevarieerd en verloopt voor het grootste gedeelte over verharde wegen.
