Het natuurpark Hochter Bampd, gelegen in de alluviale vlakte van de Maasvallei, is geklemd tussen de Zuid-Willemsvaart en de Grensmaas. De route loopt over de verharde winterdijk en voorbij de Biezenplas kan je struinen tussen dijk en Maas. Limburgs Landschap staat in voor het beheer, de natuurontwikkeling en openstelling van dit pareltje langs de Maas.
