De looproute in het Maria Hendrikapark brengt je langs verschillende waterpartijen, speelpleinen en mooie bospaadjes in het park. De route is daarom ideaal om te wandelen of te lopen met kinderen.

Als je met de auto komt kan je makkelijk parkeren op de gratis stadsrandparking in de Iependreef. Vanaf het station van Oostende is het iets minder dan een kilometer stappen.
