Val-de-Travers is een gemeente in het Zwitserse kanton Neuchâtel, en maakt deel uit van het district Val-de-Travers.
Val-de-Travers telt 10.864 inwoners.
De gemeente is op 1 januari 2009 ontstaan door de fusie van de toenmalige zelstandige gemeenten Boveresse, Buttes, Couvet, Fleurier, Les Bayards, Môtiers, Noiraigue, Saint-Sulpice en Travers.
