De Grube Gustavszeche was een mijnbouwbedrijf in het Biebertal nabij het deelgemeente Bieber bij Gießen. Daar werden nestvormige Brauneisen-mangaanerzen ontgonnen.
Het is een van de mijnen in het Lahn-Dill-gebied.
Na een buitengerechtelijke schikking tussen de mijnondernemer J.J. Jung en Wilhelm Briel in 1878 kwam het mijnveld onder de naam "Gustavszeche" in het uitsluitend eigendom van de familieondernemer Jung.
